山羊抗犬瘟热-细小病毒二联高免血清的研制

摘　　要：采用犬瘟热-细小病毒二联活苗结合它们的强毒组织灭活苗,经不同途径交替免疫成年山羊4次后,抗犬瘟热病毒血清中和抗体效价可达1:1024,抗犬细小病毒血凝抑制(HI)效价达1:2048。用该血清制剂对临床感染犬瘟热和病毒性肠炎的犬、貉、狐336余病例进行跟踪治疗,总有效率可达85％,治愈率为68％。本血清具有安全性好、特异性强、治疗效果可靠等优点。One year-age goats were immunized alternatively for four times with combination of at-cenuated vaccine of canine distemper virus (CDV)-canine parvovirus and their killed violent virus vaccine through subcutaneous or intramuscular multipoints injection. Titers of the anti-sersa from the goats were 1 : 1024 for neutralizing antibody to CDV and 1 : 2048 for HI activity to CPV. Total 336 cases of clogs,raccoon clogs ,and foxes infected with CDV or CPV were treated by the antisera. statistical results demonstrated .that total effective rate and re-cevery rate reached to 85% and 68% respectively. The antisera are proved to be safe nantox-ic,spesific,and effective.
