右心室起搏患者心肌缺血的心电图诊断

摘　　要：目的观察右心室起搏患者并发急性心肌缺血的心电图诊断。方法回顾分析8例起搏器右心室起搏后出现急性心肌缺血心电图变化。结果任何部位的心肌缺血,起搏心电图均可见ST段和T波的动态变化,有ST段的水平压低或ST段水平上抬,T波可出现对称性倒置。结论心室起搏的患者并发急性心肌缺血的心电图可从ST段、T波动态改变,同时结合临床表现与症状、前后的心电图对比、自身心律心电图及酶学变化进行综合分析。Ohjective To study electrocardingraphy diagnosis of ischemia in patients with ventricular pacing. Methods 8 cases with ventricular pacing were studied their electrocardiogram of acute myocardial ischemia. Results The changes of ST segment and T wave could be seen in any location of myocardial ischemia electrocardiography with ventricular pacing, ST segment press or go up and T wave symmctry convert could be seen in myocardial ischemia, Conchlsion The electrocardiography of myocardial ischemia in patients with pacemaker should be combine clinical symptoms with electrocardingraphy changes and compare the electrocardingram with beford and observe enzyme changes.
