Insecticide Resistance in the Diamondback Moth (Plutella Xylostella L)from Shanxi

摘  要:采用FAO推荐的点滴法测定了山西太原、太谷、大同地区小菜蛾(PlutellaxylostellaL)对3种杀虫剂的敏感性。结果表明,对氰戊菊酯,太原和太谷地区,小菜蛾产生了高水平抗性,抗性指数分别为72.4和55.8倍。对马拉硫磷和敌敌畏的抗性只有太原地区产生了低水平抗性,其他地区抗性不明显。同时还进行了大量的药剂筛选试验。Resistance of diamondback moth to fenvalerate,malathion and dichlorovos in regions of Shanxi province was tested by using topical application. The results showed that the diamondback moth from Taiyuan and Jinzhonghave become strongly resistant to fenvalerate, the resistant ratios at LD50 were 72.4-fold and 55.8-fold respectively. To malathion and dichlorovos only Taiyuan strain has developed low level resistance, other strains were still susceptible. To screen effective insecticides to this pest, field trials were also conducted.
