摘 要:针对大庆油田改善三元复合驱的实际需求,通过测试三元复合体系在驱油实验前后粘度和界面张力变化,讨论了表面活性剂、碱和盐等化学剂浓度变化对三元复合体系相行为特征和采收率的影响。实验结果表明,表面活性剂除了能降低界面张力外,还有利于增加体系的粘度,碱能促进原油的乳化,盐对复合体系相行为变化比较敏感。研究结果还发现,碱和盐在复合驱驱油机理上有相似之处,盐可以部分替代碱,这不仅能够减小碱对地层伤害、优化复合体系配方,而且可以取得较好的经济效益。According to the actual needs of improving ASP flooding results in Daqing oilfield, the effect of surfactant, alkaline and salt concentration on ASP system phase behavior characteristics and recovery factors is discussed based on the tests of viscosity and IFT changes before and after ASP flooding. The experimental results show that surfactant not only reduces IFT, but also accelerate the emulsification of oil;salt is sensitive to the phase behavior changes of the compound system. Research results also suggest that the flooding mechanism of alkaline and salt is similar in some aspects, and alkaline can be substituted by salt partially, which can optimize the formulation of ASP system, decrease formation damage caused by alkaline, and acquire a better benefit.
