农药生产职业暴露对心血管及神经系统的影响

摘　　要：目的了解扑虱灵农药生产职业暴露对工人心血管及神经系统的影响。方法分别选择某农药厂工龄半年以上的扑虱灵生产工人33名为暴露组,厂行政办公区工作人员102名为内外对照组。对2组环境空气中扑虱灵及其相关化合物如四氯化碳及氯气进行连续3d的监测,同时选择暴露区及对照区各3人进行连续3d的个体采样和皮肤污染量测定,评价暴露水平;按统一标准进行一般情况、心血管系统(血压、心电图)、神经系统的健康检查。结果暴露组空气中扑虱灵、四氯化碳浓度明显高于内、外对照组(P<0.01),而氯气差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),同时个体采样及皮肤污染量结果均显示暴露组扑虱灵浓度显著高于外对照组(P<0.01);暴露组肱二头肌神经反射异常率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扑虱灵农药生产职业暴露对工人神经系统有一定的影响。Objective To study the effects of buprofezin productin exposure on the cardiovascular system and the nerve system of occupational workers. Methods Thirty-three workers who exposed to burpofezin and 102 administrators in the office in a pestcide factory were selected as the exposure group and control group, respectively. In order to evaluate the exposed levels, the concentration of buprofezin, carbon tetrachloride, cholrine in the ambient air of working place in these two groups were monitored simultaneously for three consecutive days. Moreover, three workers in the exposure group and the control group were selected to evaluate the amount of buprofezin of individual and dermal contamination in three consecutive days. Physical examination including the general situation, the cardiovascular system （blood pressure, cardiogram）, and the nerve system was received according to the standard method. Results In the exposure group, the concentrations of buprofezin and carbon tetrachloride were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.01）, while no significant difference of the concentration on chlorine was found （P〉0.05）. Furthermore, the concentrations of buprofezin by individual sampling and the dermal contamination detection in the buprofezin exposure area were significantly higher than those in the control area （P〈0.01）. And the abnormality rate of biceps brachii reflection in the exposure group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Occupational exposure to buprofezin produciton may affect workers＇ nerve system.
