摘　　要：目的了解娱乐场所暗娼性行为特征及其安全套使用情况,为艾滋病健康教育和加强防控提供参考。方法采用立意抽样方法对江西省2个艾滋病高发城市的娱乐场所暗娼进行卖淫活动和安全套使用情况调查。结果暗娼第一次卖淫平均年龄为(19.53±2.36)岁。505名暗娼调查前的一个月内与付费顾客发生性行为时每次都使用安全套者占69.9%,暗娼与付费顾客性交时安全套使用率高于暗娼与非付费性伙伴性交时安全套使用率,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论暗娼安全套使用比例不高,且安全套使用在不同性伴间存在较大差别,必须进一步加大宣传教育力度及妇女保健干预工作、杜绝卖淫现象。Objective To Investigate the condom use situation among young women providing commercial sex activities and to provide information for HIV health education and policy making. Methods Purposive sampling method was adopted to investigate commercial sex activities and condom use situation among commercial sex women activities in city A and city B, which were highly prevalent of AIDS in JiangXi province. Results The average age of those who first took commercial sex activities was 19.53±2.36. Of the 505 women engaged in commercial sex activities, 69.9% used condoms persistently within the recent month. There was a significant difference （P=0.000） in the frequency of condom use between client and nonpay sex partner. Conclusion The condom use rate is still low in commercial sex women activities which varies with different sex partners. Education and intervention should be further strengthened, and the phenomenon of commercial sex should be baned.
