摘　　要：分析了大直径细纱胶辊的纺纱性能特点,介绍了前中后胶辊直径的匹配及上销、胶圈的配置。将不同直径的前中后胶辊与不同上销配置进行了纺纱试验,结果表明,前胶辊直径增大至31.6 mm,适当增大后胶辊直径至30.0 mm,中铁辊改用中胶辊并适当增大直径,配置尼龙弹性上销,有利于牵伸稳定,提高成纱质量。Spinning performance speciality of big diameter spinning top roller was analyzed. Matching of front, middle and back top roller diameter was introduced, and configuration of top pin and top roller was introduced too. Spinning test of different diameter front, middle, back top roller and different top pin was done. The result shows that yarn quality is enhanced and drafting is stable if front top roller diameter increases to 31.6 mm , increasing back top roller diameter to 30.0mm, making.middle top roller instead of iron roller and increase its diameter, disposing nylon elastic toppin.
