摘  要:用核辐射诱变方法,育成了水稻光温敏核不育系X07S的长穗颈突变系X07eS。等位性测验表明该突变系含有eui1基因,突变系花粉育性与eui1基因独立遗传,即eui1基因的长穗颈表达不影响花粉育性。在完全不育期,突变系与X07S株高相差不大;在可育期,由于倒1、2节间的伸长而使得X07eS的株高显著增加,且完全解除包穗。X07eS的穗总粒数比X07S有显著性增加,穗长、颖花长及长宽比均有增加的趋势,两者柱头生活力差异不显著,且柱头外露率都较低。此外,X07eS对“920”敏感性提高。X07eS with eui gene was developed from X07S by ^60Co γ-ray irradiation of dried seeds. Allelic test indicated that the mutant X07eS was controlled by eui 1 gene. The results showed that the expression of eui gene was independent to the male sterility gene. The plant height and panicle exsertion of X07eS and X07S was not significant difference in the male sterile period, but it was significant difference in the fertile period. The plant height of X07eS was significant increased because of the elongation of uppermost and second internode, as well as the panicle was completely exserted in fertile period. Compared with X07S, the spikelet number, panicle length, spikelet length and length-width ration of X07eS were increased. The stigma vigor of X07eS and X07S were the same, and X07eS was much sensitive to GA3.
