摘  要:在水稻苗期和园秆拔节期,用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA_3)溶液,处理sd-1和4个非sd-1基因矮生和半矮生水稻品种。结果表明:4个矮生和半矮生品种株高对赤霉素反应和sd-1基因品种一样,都为敏感。其中只有利sd-s(t)基因的雪河矮早,苗期有低浓度(10ppm)条件下不敏感,浓度≥20ppm条件下表现敏感。成株期在100ppm浓度下,有的年份敏感,有的年份不敏感。说明目前国内外采用以水稻株高对赤霉素反应敏感与否来判断是否携带sd-1基因的方法值得商榷。如何快速简易鉴定新矮源需进一步探索。Sd-1 gene and 4 non-carrying sd-1 dwarf and semidwarf gene varieties in the seedling stage and theshooting stage were separately treated with various concentration of gibberellie acid.The results indicatedthat shooting height in 4 dwarf gene and semidwarf gene varieties as same as sd-1 gene varieties were sensi-tive to GA3 treatment.The response of sd-s(t)gene(Xuehe Ai-zao)in seedling stage was non-sensitive to10ppm GA3 treatment,but sensitive to≥20ppm GA3 treatment. The response of shooting stage to 100ppmGA3 showed diffetence in three years.Some researchers had concluded that:dwarf varieties.with non-carryingsd-1 were not sensitive to GA3.But our experimental results did not support it, it seems to be unreliable thatthe method,depending on whether sensitive or not to GA3, can be used to decide whether carry sd-1 gene ornot in rice. The rapid method for identifing different dwarfing genes in rice will be studied hereafter.
