甘蓝型油菜雄性核不育系快速繁殖及其植株性状的初步研究

摘　　要：利用甘蓝型油菜核不育株苔段，经过分化、增殖、诱导生根等室内培养及田间栽培，可快速得到大量遗传特性不变的再生核不育植株。该不育株系不育株率达１００％，与可育亲本的配合力较强，丰产性较好。利用雌性核不育系快速繁殖法获得的不育系应用于杂交一代种的制作，可增加制种产量，提高制种纯度，省工省时。Taking the branches of nuclear male sterile plant of B. napus as explant,a great number of regeneratedmale sterile plants with stable genetic characters can be quickly obtained through tissue culture in vitro andfield successive propagation. The stetile rate of this progeny plants reached 100%and showed verystrong conbining ability with the fertile parents and showed good yielding ability. Themethod mentioned above can be used in seed production of hybrid rape, and raising its yieldand purification and save both time and latour.
