摘　　要：为提高高锰钢铸件水韧处理质量,在保证s/g取值8～12的前提下,在处理池侧壁和底面安装若干压力喷水管并置于框和外栅格网内,在零件入水的同时,启动进水和排水泵,通过进、排水量的控制实现水温调整;处理炉台车底部安装液压顶杆,使固溶后的零件平稳、快捷地入池进行水韧处理;对水韧处理炉的加热方式和提高炉体保温、吸振性以及改善作业环境等方面均作了较全面的阐述。For improve high manganese steel casting water quench quality, guarantee Gwater/Gsteel worth 8～12 prerequisite fetching, in the pool side wall and bottom surface installation several pressure gush out water pipe and put on steel frame and protect network in the Intranet, while the part enters water, enter water and drain off water pump to start, by control enter water quantities, realize that the temperature is adjusted; The Furnace bottom installs hydraulic pressure mandrel, makes furnace firm to dissolve part enter to pool steadily, swiftly; to heating way of furnace and raise furnace body keep warm, suck person who shake and improve homework environment, etc. respect make more overall explanation.
