制浆蒸煮过程自动控制系统的设计

摘　　要：在简要介绍了影响制浆蒸煮质量的主要因素之后,提出了一种行之有效的蒸球蒸煮自动控制方案,阐述了该方案的控制系统组成、软件设计以及采用的控制算法及其实现方法。实际运行表明本系统控制稳定,经济效益明显。An effective scheme of the automatic control system of the paper pulp cooking process is presented in this paper, following the brief introduction of the main factors that affect cooking quality. The structure,software design and control methods of the system are also illustrated in detail. Engineering practices have proved that the system is reliable and can bring obvious economic benefit.
