复方马齿苋对冠心病伴高粘血症的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的通过观察脂质过氧化指标及血浆血栓素B2(TXB2),6-酮-前列腺素-F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)水平的改变,探讨复方马齿苋对冠心病伴高粘血症的治疗作用。方法选择冠心病伴高粘血症患者120例,随机分为复方马齿苋组60例,对照组60例,对照组服用地奥心血康,两组疗程均为6周。检测两组治疗前后血浆TXB2,PGF1α及SOD,MDA的改变,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果复方马齿苋可显著降低LPO,TXB2含量及TXB2/PGF1α比值,明显升高SOD水平(P<0.05);且马齿苋组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论复方马齿苋具有良好的抗氧化作用,能够抑制TXB2释放,对冠心病伴高粘血症临床治疗作用显著。Objective To explore the effects of the compound purslane on coronart Heart Disease （CHD） complicated with Hyperviscosity by observation the change of lipid peroxidation and blood TXB2, PGF1, level. Methods One hundred and twenty patients, with CHD complicated with hyperviscosity,were assigned randomly into two groups： compound purslane group and control group. They were treated for 6 weeks. To observe LPO, SOD and blood TXB2, PGF1α changes ; and to contrast clinical effects in two groups. Results The compound purslane can significantly lower LPO,TXB2 and TXB2/PGF1α ; and increase SOD level（ P 〈 0. 05）. Compound purslane group are better than control group in total effective rate （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Gompound purslane had good action on antioxidition, and restrain TXB2 level in the patients with CHD complicated with hyperviseosity, showing good cure effects.
