摘 要:对100mm×100mm×100mm硅灰轻骨料混凝土立方体试块分别进行了25,50,75次海水中的冻融循环试验,通过对试件的质量损失计算、表面剥落观察和超声波探测,分析了硅灰提高轻骨料混凝土抗冻性能的效果.对比研究了试验过程中试件两端减摩与否对轻骨料混凝土力学性能的影响.分别对冻融0次(常态)和不同冻融循环次数后的硅灰轻骨料混凝土试块进行了单轴抗压强度和变形性能试验,得出了极限抗压强度、峰值应力点的应变值、弹性模量等随冻融循环次数变化的规律,并分析了应力-应变全曲线随冻融循环次数变化的规律,结果表明,掺加硅灰能显著提高轻骨料混凝土的抗冻性.The effects of silica fume on frost resistance of lightweight aggregate(LWA) concrete are analyzed through the calculation of mass loss, the surface spalling observation and ultrasonic detection about the 100 mm×100 mm×100 mm cube specimens under going 25, 50,75 cycles of freezing and thawing in seawater respectively. Influence of antifriction on the bearing surface on the mechanical properties of LWA concrete specimens was studied. The uniaxial compressive strength and deformation tests were carried out on the specimens after different cycles of freezingthawing, then the ultimate compressive strength, strain at the peak stress and elastic modulus varying with the freezing-thawing cycles were obtained. The stress-strain curve influenced by freezing-thawing cycles is analyzed. Experimental results reveal that adding silica fume can significantly improve the frost resistance of LWA concrete.
