摘　　要：在车辆管理系统中,利用计算机视觉系统对汽车车牌进行识别是重要的研究课题,而车牌的自动识别与人的视觉特性有着密切的联系。通过对人的视觉系统的分析,根据视觉特性对数字图像处理中的图像模型建立及图像分割技术进行了探讨,并以车牌自动识别系统实例说明其在实际中的应用。In vehicle management system,it is an important research project that vehicle plates are recognized by means of computer vision system.The automatic recognition of the vehicle plate is in close connection with human vision characters,the paper tries to study how to build the image model and apply the image segmentation technigue by analyzing human vision system and according to vision characters.In addition,it explains the application in practice by giving an example of the automatic vehicle plate recognition system.
