摘　　要：详细介绍了虚拟交换机(Centrex)与终端用户在W in98环境下实现串口通信的机制,提出了使用Delph i5实现串口通信的二种方法和编程技术,作者通过多项工程的实际应用,证明方法可行、编程技术实用,同时对它们之间优缺点进行了分析.文章最后给出了一个应用实例———使用API函数,采用多线程编程技术,实现虚拟交换机电话计费及电话反控的串口通信实例.The realization principles of serial communication in Win98 environment about centrex and terminal user are intruduced. It puts forward two methods and programming technology which is used to serial communication using Delphi5. It has proved that the method feasible and practical programming through the application of multiple projects. At the same time the advantages and disadvantages has been summarized. At last an example of serial communication using API function and mulfithreading programming is finished. It realizes centrex charge and telephone countercharge.
