摘　　要：H.264是一个新的低速率视频压缩标准,主要由视频编码层VCL和网络提取层NAL组成。该文研究在实时传输协议下,H264在IP网络中的应用。H.264 is the ITU-T＇s new, non-backward compatible video compression recommendation that significantly outperforms all previous compression standards. It consists of video code layer and network abstract layer. The paper describes the use of H.264 coded video over the best-effort IP networks, using RTP as the real time transport protocol.
