摘　　要：大力推进全民创业,是新余市加快区域中心城市建设、率先实现全面小康,提升城市竞争力的根本途径。改革开放以来,特别是进入新世纪以来,社会主义市场经济的发展态势、致富光荣的价值取向、思想观念和精神状态的变化、良好的经济社会基础为新余市推进全民创业、全面加快发展创造了有利条件。推进全民创业,就是要在培育创业文化,激活创业主体,拓宽创业领域,搞好创业服务,优化创业环境等方面下功夫,创特色,求实效。Advance the whole people to start an undertaking in a more cost - effective mariner, it is that Xinyu accelerates the construction of regional key city, takes the lead in realizing the overall well - to - do level, basic way to promote urban competitiveness . Since reform and opening - up, especially since entering new century, developing state of socialist market economy, get rich the glorious value orientation, the changes of the concept and state of mind, good economic social base have created the advantage in order that Xinyu advances the whole people＇s development in an all - round way. Advance the whole people to start an undertaking starting an undertaking , even faster , should just fostering the culture of starting an undertaking , activate the subject of starting an undertaking, widen the field of starting an undertaking, start an undertaking and serve well , optimize such respects as the environment, etc. of starting an undertaking and work hard, achieve the characteristic, seek practical results.
