始终代表中国先进文化前进方向的若干问题

摘　　要：先进文化是指符合社会发展方向、体现生产力发展要求、代表最广大人民根本利益的文化。当代中国的先进文化就是中国特色的社会主义文化,代表中国先进文化的前进方向就是建设好中国特色社会主义文化。我党之所以要代表中国先进文化的前进方向,是由先进文化的本质和作用、永葆党的先进性和生命力、“三个代表”中三个方面的辩证关系决定的。为了更好地代表中国先进文化的前进方向,必须深刻理解、认真落实党的十五大报告中关于建设中国特色社会主义文化的基本目标和基本政策。The advanced culture means the one to meet with the society developing direction, reach the productive developing require and represent people＇s essential benefits. Today＇s advanced Chinese culture is the very socialist culture with Chinese characteristics; and the forward direction of advanced Chinese culture representing is just to build the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. The reason of CPC＇s representing the forward direction of advanced Chinese culture is that it is decided upon the essence and function of the advanced culture, ever - maintaining the progress and life - force of the CPC and the dialectical relationship between the “Three - Representatives”. In order to represent the forward direction of advanced Chinese culture, there is a need for the CPC to understand and put into effect the basic aims and fundamental policy of building the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics stated in the government report of the 15^th NPC.
