粉磨方法对硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐复合体系水泥性能的影响

摘  要:采用球磨、辊压磨、立磨3种不同的试验磨,研究了粉磨方法对硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐复合体系水泥颗粒特性及性能的影响。研究结果表明:在比表面积基本相同的情况下,不同粉磨方法制备的复合体系水泥样品具有不同的粒径分布,立磨水泥平均粒径最小,3 ̄30μm颗粒所占比例最大(为60.05%),有利于水泥性能的发挥;粉磨方法对复合体系水泥的标准稠度用水量、凝结时间及力学强度均有影响,立磨样品标准稠度用水量较大,凝结时间较短,力学强度较高。The effect of three grinding methods (by ball mill, roller press, and vertical roller mill) on performance and properties of silicate-sulphoaluminate composite cement gradation particle was studied. The results showed that the composite cement samples made by different grinding methods had various particle size distributions with a nearly same specific surface area. Of the three grinding methods, the average particle size of cement from vertical roller mill was the least, the proportion of the particle with a size of 3-30μm reach to 60.05%, it is benefit to the performance of cement. The grinding methods could influenced the water requirement of normal consistency, setting time and mechanics strength of the silieate-sulphoaluminate composite cement, the sample from vertical roller mill had a large water requirement of normal consistency, short setting time and high strength.
