摘  要:给出了3Ni-Cr装饰防护镀铬的工艺路线。通过CASS试验检测了镀层的耐蚀性。以耐蚀性为评价标准,采用正交试验优化了工艺,发现各因素中Cr3+对镀层的影响最大,且得出了最佳工艺为:170g/L CrO3,1.7g/L Cr3+,1.5g/L H2SO4,pH2.5,θ50℃,J15A/dm2。介绍了工艺的维护与管理,包括控制CrO3与H2SO4的质量比及Cr3+的含量,阳极与电源的要求,抑雾剂的使用等。该工艺性能稳定,镀层光亮,致密,平整,耐蚀性高。The process flow of 3Ni-Cr chromium plating for decoration and protection was presented. The corrosion resistance of deposit was tested with CASS test. Using corrosion resistance as evaluation criterion, the process was optimized with orthogonal test. The results prove that the trivalent chromium ion has most important influence on deposit's performance among all factors, and the optimum process is 170 g/L CrO3 , 1.7 g/L Cr^3+ , 1.5 g/L H2SO4, pH 2.5,θ50 ℃, J 15 A/dm^2. The maintenance and management of process were introduced, such as controlling the mass ratio of CrO3 and H2SO4 and the content of Cr^3+, the requirements for anode and power source, the use of fog inhibiting agent, and so on. The process has stable performance, and the deposit is smooth and compact, and has good corrosion resistance.
