摘  要:针对赤泥水玻璃自硬砂传统工艺的不足,改用有机酯水玻璃自硬砂新工艺,通过工艺试验,确定了有机酯水玻璃自硬砂的生产工艺,经过试生产之后,已经在球铁和铸铁件上应用,取得了成功,获得了满意的效果。In this paper, a new craft of organic ester - sodium silicate self - hardening sand was used owing to shortage of traditional technology in which red mire organic ester - sodium silicate self - hardening sand was used originally. With a technology experiment, the production technology of ester - sodium silicate self - hardening sand was determined. After trying to producing, this technology has been applied in the nodule iron and iron castings successfully, and the satisfied result has been obtained.
