摘  要:提出了将离心过滤与螺旋压榨分离融为一体的思路,介绍了设计制作连续动态离心—变径螺旋压榨分离实验机、分离机理、实验工艺流程及实验方法,通过实验测出了压榨速率、滤饼湿含量及离心—压榨段长度,分析了转鼓转数、转鼓与变径螺旋之间的转数差值等因素对离心—压榨效果的影响,实验证明该实验机可行。A new separation method was proposed by employing centrifugal force and spiral force to achieve the incorporated separation process of suspension.The separating principle of the new separator —continuous and dynamic centrifugal filtration—spiral expression separator, the experimental process and the experimental method were introduced. The related factors such as expression velocity,moisture content of cake and the length of expression segment were determined experimentally.The influence of rotating velocity of drum and rotating velocity difference between spiral and drum on the expression effect of the separator was analyzed and the results verified the feasibility of the tentative separator.
