摘　　要：过滤干燥机集过滤、干燥等多种功能于一体,使多个单元操作在同一设备内完成,不涉及物料的转移,由于密闭操作,特别适用于处理易燃易爆、有毒或剧毒的危险产品,贵重产品,以及不允许有污染的食品、生物制品和药品等。近年来,国内过滤干燥机发展迅速,各种类型的过滤干燥机相继问世。按照安装形式,将国产新型过滤干燥机分为六大类型,分别介绍了他们的结构、功能、操作要点,研究进展,最后介绍了国产过滤干燥机普遍存在的问题及未来发展趋势。Filter-dryer has multifunction of filtrating, washing and drying. Therefore, many unit operations could be accomplished on a single equipment without material transportation.Due to airtight operation,it is very useful for processing inflammable, explosive,toxic,virulent,valuable products and food, biological and pharmaceutical which brook no pollution.In recent years, China has made great progress in the development of filter-dryer,and varied types of filter-dryers were developed one after the other. According to fixing mode,they were divided into six types.Their structure,function, operation essentials and research progress were introduced in this paper.General existent problems and development trends in the future of home-made filter-dryers were also covered.
