摘　　要：质量是医院的核心竞争力,也是体现两个效益的关键。抓住了质量这个环节,就抓住了医院发展的生命。本文针对当前医院面临如何提高医疗质量管理这一焦点问题,结合我院多年来抓质量管理的做法和取得的一些经验,重点从转变观念、强化意识,创新体制、健全机制,坚定不移、狠抓落实三个方面进行讨论。Quality is the key not only to the competence of the hospital, but also to the ＂two benefits＂. It is the essence of the development of the hospital. Aiming at improving the management of the hospital＇ s quality, combining with some experience before, the article discusses on the aspects as follows： change ideal and intensify consciousness, reform system and improve institution, stick to the project and put emphasis on the implement.
