摘　　要：分析了影响图书拒借率的主要原因,提出了减少拒借率的措施,包括加强采访工作,做好图书分类编目工作和外借服务工作,调动工作人员的积极性等。This paper analyzes on the main causes of influencing the book-refusing, and puts forward some measures for reducing the book-refusing ratio such as strengthening the acquisitioning work, doing well the classifying and cataloging work and book-loaning work, and bringing the activity of each personnel into play, etc.
