摘 要:目的:建立一种实用的工作场所空气中庚醛的采样、测定方法.方法:用浸渍2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的硅胶管采样,用乙腈在超声中洗脱,高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测.结果:方法简便、准确、灵敏度高.标准曲线的相关系数0.9999,加标回收率 96.68%~100.76%,相对标准偏差 0.33%~0.46%,采样效率 100%.结论:本方法各项指标均达到<工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范>的要求,能准确地测定空气中庚醛.Objective:To establish a useful method for sampling and detection of heptanal in workplace. Methods:Glass tubes filled with DNPH - coated silica gel were used for air sampling. The DNPH - derivatives were extracted from the silica gel by ultrasonic treatment with acetonitrile. Analysis of the DNPH - derivatives was carried out using a HPLC with diodenarray ( UV/ DAD) detection. Results:The mehtod was simple, accurate, and highly sensitive. The Correlation coefficient of calibration curves was 0. 99994. Recovery rates of 96. 68% - 100. 76% were determined. The relative standard deviation 0. 33% -0. 46% and sam- piing efficiency 100% were obtained. Conclusion:This method is conformed with the requirements of “Standardization of methods for determination of toxic substance in workplace”. Heptanal in air could be determined accuratly.
