CJ亚单位疫苗诱导淋巴细胞活化的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨空肠弯曲菌(campylobacter jejun,i CJ)亚单位脂质体佐剂疫苗免疫新西兰兔后诱导T、B细胞活化情况。方法:应用FACS、MTT法分别对CJ疫苗免疫新西兰兔外周血中CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞数的百分比及脾淋巴细胞转化率进行观察。结果:CJ疫苗免疫新西兰兔后外周血中CD4+细胞数量有明显的升高,CD8+细胞数量有一定程度的升高;脾淋巴细胞对PHA、SPA、特异性抗原(CJAg)均有明显的反应性。结论:CJ疫苗免疫动物可诱导淋巴细胞的活化,提示CJ疫苗可引起机体免疫细胞的应答效应。Objective：To study the effects on activation of lymphocytes, which induced by subunit liposomal adjuvant vaccine of Campylobacter jejuni （CJ）, New Zealand rabbits were immunized to provide scientific experimental basis for immune mechanism. Methods： FACS,MTT were used to detect the number of CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ T cell in peripheral blood lymphocytes of rabbits vaccinated, the stimulation index （ SI ） of the spleen lymphocytes transformation with cationic or anionic liposomal adjuvant vaccine of CJ. Results： The number of CD4^＋ T cell in peripheral blood lymphocytes increased obviously, CD8^＋ T cell also increased at a certain extent, the spleen lymphocytes responsed to PHA, SPA or C JAg after vaccinated. Conclusion：The CJ vaccines can induce activation of lymphocytes response. The results indicate that the immune cells were induced the responsion effectively by the vaccines.
