应用腹腔内窥镜提高山羊胚胎移植受胎率的试验

摘　　要：在黑龙江八一农垦大学繁殖实验室和建三江管局红卫农场,对64只受体山羊进行胚胎移植试验,该试验将饲养管理条件和超排处理方法相同的受体羊随机分为两组,即对照组A和试验组B,每组32只羊。对照组A采用常规手术法进行胚胎移植,受胎率为50%(16/32);试验组B采用腹腔内窥镜法进行胚胎移植,受胎率为75%(24/32)。两组试验差异显著(P<0.05),B组方法明显好于A组。Sixty-four reeeptor goats were treated in embryo transfer at the propagation laboratory of Hailongjiang August First land-reclamation university and Hongwei farm. In this experiment,the goats under the same feeding conditions and treatment for super-ovulation were allocated to two groups： control group A and experiment group B, thirty-two goats in each guoup.Common operation was conducted on the control group A,its pregnancy rate was 50% （16/32）;endoscope was conducted on the experiment .group B,its pregnancy rate was 75%（24/32）.The result of two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）,group B was superinr to group A.
