摘 要:集成产品开发一次成功的目标要求减少开发过程的冲突和提高资源的优化配置水平来实现产品开发过程的设计,研究过程的规划和优化方法是解决上述问题的有效手段.阐述了集成产品开发目标决策的重要性、概念和高层设计目标,分析了目标决策的多属性特点,建立了目标决策的MADM模型.引入层次分析法解决定性和定量相结合的多属性决策问题,给出了具体的算法和计算步骤,将主观判断用数量形式进行表达和处理,结果证实能较好地适应产品开发中的方案选择和目标决策.Integrated Product Development can only be achieved by optimal design of development process, decrease of the process conflict as well as the increase of optimal resource distribution lever. The programming and optimization of the process should be studied in order to complete the process. On the basis of illustrating importance, concept and design of the IPD goal decision, multiple attribute of goal decision are analyzed. The MADM modeling of goal decision is established and the analytic hierarchy process is used to solve the problems in the case selection and object decision making of product development. The method of expressing the subjective judgment in forms of numerals and Analytic Hierarchy Process are introduced to solve multiple attribute decisions in the combination of qualification and quantification. And then related examples are demonstrated.
