摘　　要：计算机技术在我国的建筑行业中已有了一定程度的应用,但同发达国家相比还存在着不少差距。如何提高计算机在建筑管理中的应用水平,已成为当前迫切需要解决的重要问题。本文就计算机技术在建筑项目管理中的应用现状和发展趋势进行分析,并结合笔者的实际工作经验提出一些对策。The computer technology has been in use in the construction industry to a certain extent, yet there still exists some gap as compared with advanced countries. The problem has become urgent as to how to improve such an application. The paper analyzes the present situation and proposes some countermeasures in accordance with the actual experience.
