摘 要:作者制作了同轴线传感器,根据同轴传输线反射原理,建立起计算机控制的生物组织介电测量系统;在60~3000MHz频率范围对兔器官组织进行了有效的在体和离体介电测量。5O只兔器官组织的统计分析结果表明,不同兔器官组织之间介电参数的最大差异可达30.4%;在体和离体测量得出的介电常数之间未见显著性差异,但电导率有频率依赖性的显著差异,因此将人体的离体介电参数延用到实际活体场合时,必须慎重。n this study.in vivo and in vitro dielectric properties of 50 healthy rabbit's tissues includingmuscle.liver.spleen and kidney were measured and analysed at frequencies from 60 to 3000MHz.An open ended coaxial line sensor was employed in the measuring system which wasmainlycomposed of a Network Analyzer(HP8753C)and a computer.The dielectric properties.pern1ittiv-ity and conductivity.were calculated from the measured reflection coefficient of the sensor.Statis-tical analysis of the experimental data of 50 rabbit's tissues revealed that there were definite dif-ferences(5%~20%)among the dielectric data of those rabbit's tissues partly due to their differ-ent water contents.The differences between the permittivities of those tissues.when measured invivo and in vitro.were found to be withinthe experimental uncertainty.However.there were sig-nificant changes in the conductivity of excised tissues compared with that of in vivo tissues.whichwere statistically frequency dependence.This work suggested that it must be carefuI to use the invitro d ielectric properties of human tissues in the majority of engineering.diagnostic as well astherapeutic application at radio frequencies.
