摘　　要：种质资源保护是保护生物学的重要内容之一。保护贝类种质资源,是使我国贝类养殖业健康持续发展的可靠保障。本文根据国内外近年的研究成果,对种质资源保护的方式、生物技术在贝类种质资源保护中的应用进行了综述,并展望了今后的发展趋势。Conservation of the germ plasm resources is a subject of significance in conservation biology. Conserving mollusk＇s germ plasm resources is a reliably guarantee of sustainable development of aquiculture. This paper is based on the advances in this field in recent years, reviews the modes of conservation of germ plasm resources and application of biotechnology to the conservation of germ plasm resources of mollusks. The developmen trend in this field is also discussed.
