摘　　要：针对某炼油厂新建8000m3/h天然气制氢装置在开工过程中转化气蒸汽发生器衬里损坏、外部筒体在高温、高压下应力损坏而造成入口管箱破裂的设备事故,从衬里材质、衬筒结构、筒体外部保温、监测手段、降温保护措施、壳体材质等方面进行了分析,总结了衬里和设备筒体修复的经验,并对就如何解决制氢装置转化气蒸汽发生器存在问题提出了对策。During the start up of a new 8000m^3/h natural gas to hydrogen unit, the body of the steam generator was seriously cracked due to the damage of liner. In order to prevent the occurrence of similar accidents, reasons of said accident were analyzed from the aspects of liner material, the structure and construction of the liner, the body material of the equipment, outer liner and body temperature inspecting etc. The experience in revamping the damaged equipment and the liner was also summarized. Finally, technical measures for preventing accident occurrence were proposed.
