摘 要:以工业实用非晶态合金为催化剂,在内径Φ300mm的磁稳定床反应器中,对磁稳定条件下的己内酰胺加氢精制宏观动力学进行了研究,实验条件为温度60~110℃,压力0.1~1.1MPa,磁场强度15.9~39.8kA/m。以幂指数方程描述己内酰胺加氢精制的宏观动力学,得到对于杂质的反应级数为1.107,对于氢气的反应级数为0.1123。方程计算值和实验值吻合较好,平均相对误差为7.98%。The macro-kinetics of hydrofining caprolactam solution under stable magnetic field was studied in a Ф300mm magnetically stabilized bed reactor using amorphous nickel based alloy as catalyst. The experiments were carried out under the following conditions: reaction temperature 60-110℃ ,pressure 0. 1-1. 1MPa and magnetic field intensity 15. 9-39. 8kA/m. The macro-kinetics for hydrofining caprolactam was described by an Arrhenius type exponential equation. The results showed that the reaction order for impurity concentration and hydrogen pressure was 1. 107 and 0. 112 3, respectively. The average deviation between calculated data and experimental results was 7.98%.
