摘　　要：在面临机遇和挑战的今天,各造船强国大力发展先进制造技术,我国造船业也迫切需要自己的PDM系统;本文在PDM的功能理念基础上,建立了符合STEP标准的产品结构数据模型,研究了从造船集成系统TRIBON中提取管系产品数据的几种方法,并实现了基于图视化产品结构树和表格化产品结构数据多功能视图(不同应用的BOM表)对设计过程中的船舶管系产品数据的组织和管理,对实施我国的PDM技术具有重要的意义。Nowdays, confronted with both opportunities and challenges, the powerful countries of shipbuilding are developing advanced manufacturing technique. It is urgent for our shipbuilding industry to have out own PDM system on functional concept of PDM,this paper sets up a data model of product structure according with STEP standard,develops several methods of abstracting data from shipbuilding integrated system-TRIBON, and accomplishs product structure tree based on charts and multi-function views （ different application of BOM tables ） of product structure data based on sheets. These charts and tables organize and manage ship-pipe product data in course of design. It is main meaning of putting PDM technology in practice.
