摘　　要：GIS在电信行业的信息化建设中起着愈来愈重要的作用。在采用GIS技术开发北京通信公司配线原型系统的基础上,本文重点介绍了手动配线系统设计和开发中的业务需求分析、多源数据组织、技术框架、关键技术开发和系统集成等内容。GIS is taking a more and more important role in the process of information construction of telecom industry. Based on the archetype of distributing software system with GIS technology of Beijing Communication Corporation, this paper discusses the design and development of manual distributing software system, including analysis of system requirement, organization of different data sources, technical frame, key technologies, system integration and so on.
