动脉导管降主动脉夹角测量及其意义

摘　　要：作者从连续心血管造影片上测量了５０例伴有动脉导管未闭的先天性心脏病患者的动脉导管降主动脉夹角：单纯动脉导管未闭。室间隔缺损伴动脉导管未闭、主动脉缩窄伴动脉导管未闭患者的动脉导管降主动夹角均为钝角：重症法鲁氏四联症患者的动脉导管降主动脉夹角则总为锐角，室间隔完整的肺动脉闭锁患者的动脉导管降主动脉夹角常为钝角，但也可为锐角，导致动脉导管降主动脉夹角改变的机制可能与胚胎时流经动脉导管的血流方向有关。The angles between the ductus arteriosus and descending aorta were measured from angiocardiography cinefilms in fifty cases.The angles in simple patent ductus arteriosus(PDA),ventricular septal defect with PDA and coarctation of aorta with PDA were obtuse and the angles in severe tetralogy of Fallot were acute.In pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum,the angles usually were obtuse but may be acute,The possible embryology etioloy about the angles was discussed.
