某地区乡镇员工心脑血管疾病的调查

摘　　要：目的:探讨乡镇企业人群的心脑血管疾病现状、分布特征和变化规律,针对乡镇企业员工的卫生现状,为乡镇企业员工提出有效的健康促进措施。方法:对农村乡镇企业员工,采用TP—CBS无损伤心脑血管血流参数检测仪,开展13个项目心脑血管临床检测,并分析心脑血管疾病与年龄、性别之间的关系。结果:受检者高血压者3659人,占14.09%,高血脂者6026人,占23.21%,心血管病者1936人,占7.45%,以心脏供血不足为主,脑血管病者2866人,占10.39%,以脑供血不足为主;各年龄段的员工均有不同程度的心脑血管异常率,35-59岁血压、血脂异常率明显增高。结论:该镇应开展以防治高血压、高血脂为重点的心脑血管疾病防治工作,为乡镇企业员工提出有效的健康促进措施。Objective： To investigate the cerebral and cardiovascular diseases situation, distribution and change in the population of the employee of the rural area, to bring out efficient measures, aiming at the hygiene situation of the countryside factories, and to improve the health of the employee.Methods： TP- CBS was used to measure 13 cerebral and vascular clinical indexes, the relationship was analyzed between the disease and age and sex.Results： Among 25 962 people who took the examination, 3 659 were with hypertension, account for 14.09%; 6026 with hyperlipidemia （23.21%）; 1936 with cardiovascular disease （7.45%）, mainly cardiac insufficiency; 2 866 with cerebrovascular disease （10.39%）, mainly cerebroischemia; abnormal conduction of the brain or heart vessel were shown in all age group though the frequence was different.The frequence of blood pressure and blood fat were extremely high in the age group between 35 to 59. Conclusion： base on our result, we could bring out measurement to prevent the development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease that emphasize hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
