摘 要:目的:寻找一种重复性好、现条件可实现的配制化疗药物时逸散物的监测方法。方法:以氟脲嘧啶注射液(5-Fu)作为化疗药物敏感评价指标,采集配制5-Fu后工作人员手、口罩、工作台面、空气、包裹安瓿的纱布为样本,用紫外-分光光度法对采集样本进行逸散药物5-Fu的定性、定量检测。结果:所采集样本均能检测到不同浓度的5-Fu。工作人员手(0.01296±0.00658)g/100ml、工作台开放时配药口罩(0.00423±0.00175)g/100ml、工作台密闭时配药口罩(0.00012±0.00016)g/100ml、工作台面(0.02028±0.01289)g/100ml、空气(0.00063±0.00032)g/100ml、包裹安瓿的纱布(0.01098±0.00976)g/100ml。结论:紫外-分光光度法对采集样本进行逸散药物5-Fu的定性、定量检测测试时间短,重复性好,易操作,能直接反映药物逸散程度。工作台密闭时配药口罩5-Fu含量明显降低。Objective: To find a practicable method for dilution of dispending medicine.Methods: 5 - Fu injection was used as sensitive evaluation criterion of chemotherapy medicine. Hands, masks of staffs, worktables, air and the gauzes after dispending were collected as the samples. Ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry was conducted for qulitative and quantitve test of the samples. Results. 5 - Fu of different density have been measured for collected samples including staff hands (0.01296 ± 0.00658 g/100 ml), masks after open dispending (0.00423 ± 0.00175 g/100 ml), masks after hermetically - sealed dispending (0.00012 ± 0.00016 g/100 ml), work table (0.02028 ± 0.01289 g/100), air (0.00063 ± 0.00032 g/100 ml), and gauzes (0.01098 ± 0.00976 g/ml) . Conclusions: The method is more timely , practable, easy to handle and can directly reflect the dilution of 5 - Fu, and mask's 5 - Fu quantity of hermetically - sealed dispending decrease obviously .
