摘　　要：目的:了解昆山市公共场所从业人员HIV感染状况,为采取干预措施控制艾滋病流行提供科学依据。方法:2003年—2004年对我市舞厅、KTV、美容美发、浴室等服务行业从业人员进行HIV抗体检测。结果:共检测3068份血清标本,检出HIV抗体阳性3例,阳性率为0.098%,3例阳性者均属女性为外省市人员。结论:该市应加强对娱乐场所、浴室、美容美发等服务行业从业人员的监测,采取相应的预防和控制措施遏制艾滋病向一般人群扩散。Objective： To provide scientific basis for taking prevention measures to control the spread of AIDS infection.through understanding the situation of HIV infection among the service people in public place in Kunshan city, Methods： From 2003 to 2004, the HIV- Ab of the service people in Dance hall, KTV rooms, Hair dressing centers and Sunva rooms were tested.Results： The testing result showed that 3 people were infected with HIV-Ab among 3 068 people, the rate of HIV-Ab infection was 0.098% .In the 3 infectors, they all were female and came from other provinces or cities.Conclusion： We should strengthen suveiuanee to the service people, and take measures to prevent the HIV/AIDS epidemic spreads from high- risk populations to the general populations.
