摘　　要：由于国家城市政策、各地城市背景、城市体制以及城市首脑决策意识等项综合因素的作用,导致城市发展过程出现系列“包涵国情”的文化现象,其中以城市空间形态与景观的变迁尤为引人关注。本文侧重于从研究城市发展的“软道理”入手,在城市发展方向以及综合素质评价方面立意,探索中国城市规划与城市设计的哲学及其成长途径。Comprehensive influence of national urban policy, difference of urban background and structure, and ideology of ＂leading cadre＇s intention＂ result in a series of cultural phenomena ＂relating to national realities＂, among which the change of urban spacial form and landscape especially get public close attention. In view of the direction of urban development and evaluation of urban comprehensive quality, this paper puts stress on exploring the philosophy of Chinese urban planning and design as well as the way of urban growth by researches of independent thinking and strategy based on reality.
