摘 要:遮荫和蔗糖喷施对‘洛阳红'牡丹的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度值有较大影响.遮荫对‘洛阳红'牡丹花瓣花色素苷含量的影响达到极显著水平(P<0.01),遮荫处理下喷施一定浓度的蔗糖能使牡丹花瓣花色素甘含量增加(P<0.01),但喷施蔗糖最佳浓度水平有待于进一步研究.在牡丹催花中,补充光照有利于改善花色,‘洛阳红'牡丹的最适宜光照强度(PFD)在350~1 700 μmol·m-2·s-1之间.The resuhs of research showed that the net photosynthetic rate( Pn ), stomatal conductance( Gs ), intracellular concentration of CO2(Ci) were changed greatly by shading and sprinking sucrose. The effect of shading on the anthocyanin contents in ' Luoyanghong' petals was significant (P 〈 0.01 ) .The anthocyanin contents were increased significantly by sprinking certain concentration sucrose under shading ( P 〈 0.01 ), but the optimal molar concentrations needs further study. During the period of catalyzing florescence of tree peony, complementing illumination is necessary, the PFD that should be supplied for' Luoyanghong' is between 350 μmol·m^-2·s^- 1 and 1700μmol·m^-2·s^-1.
