摘  要:研究对不同非蛋白氮(Non-protein nitrogen,NPN)水平日粮中添加异位酸对山羊血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,3种不同NPN水平的日粮下添加异位酸,对血清肌酐、钙、无机磷等含量均无显著影响(P>0.05);高NPN日粮组,异位酸显著地影响了血液葡萄糖、NPN、血清尿素氮、总蛋白、总脂肪含量(P<0.05);中NPN日粮组,异位酸显著地影响了血液NPN、血清总蛋白、球蛋白、总脂肪等指标含量(P<0.05);低NPN日粮组,异位酸对各种指标含量影响均不显著(P>0.05).为异位酸在山羊生产中的利用提供了依据。The experiment was conducted with Huanghuai goats to investigate the effects of isoacids on blood biochemical criterions when different NPN level feeds were fed, The results indicated : the addition of Isoacids didn' t affect serum creatinine, calcium, inorganic phospham when the three diets were fed( P 〉 0.05). And Blood NPN, Glucose, serum total protein,globulin,a[bumin,urea nitrogen,total fat were affected when high NPN group was fed( P〈0.05), while blood NPN, total fat serum total protein, globulin, were affected when neutral NPN group was fed (P 〈0.05). All the criterions were not affected when low NPN group was fed ( P〉0.05 ). This study has provided basis for the utilization of isoacids in the production of goats.
