柳杉福建柏种子超干处理的生理生化特征

摘　　要：利用恒温50℃热空气干燥法,分别使各树种种子含水率下降到9%～1%,研究其对种子发芽率和活力及生理特性的影响.结果表明:柳杉种子水分降至4%,福建柏种子水分降至5%时,种子发芽率、活力均保持较高水平,细胞膜保持较高的完整性,α-淀粉酶、脱氢酶活性和呼吸强度都较高,由此可见,4%、5%分别为柳杉、福建柏种子的最适保存的超干燥含水率.The results showed that both the seed buding rate and activity kept the relative high level, the cell membrance kept the relatively high integrality, α - amyhse, dehydrogenase activities and breath intensities were relatively high when Crytomeria fortunei seed moisture decreased to 4%, Fokienia hodginsii seed moisture decreased to 5%, which could be found that 4% and 5 % were the most suitable ultra - dry moisture rate for C. fortunei and F. hodginsii seed preservations.
