摘　　要：海水淡化是解决天津市缺水问题的一个新途径,但提取淡水后的浓缩水如直接排入渤海,将对近海滩涂的生态环境造成不利影响。本文结合海晶集团公司发展规划就淡化浓缩水的综合利用进行了较为深入的论证,为海晶集团公司和海水淡化项目的发展提供了新思路。Seawater desalination is a new way to solve the water shortage in Tianjin area,but if the concentrated sea water obtained consequently is discharged to the sea directly, it will bring very serious environmental ecology problems. Combined with the development plan of Tianjin Changlu Haijing Co. Ltd. Group. This paper gives a deep discussion on comprehensive utilization of concentrated sea water after desalination, and provide some new ideas for the development of sea- water desalination.
