摘  要:目的:研究不同浓度冰片滴鼻后对豚鼠鼻粘膜血管和脑血管通透性的影响。方法:将豚鼠随机分为系列浓度冰片(0.5%、1.0%、2.0%)组、组胺组和液体石蜡组,滴鼻给药后静脉注射2%伊文思蓝(EB),10min后处死豚鼠,取鼻粘膜和脑组织,测定并计算鼻粘膜和脑组织中EB含量。结果:与液体石蜡组比较,系列浓度冰片组鼻粘膜和脑组织中EB含量更高(P<0.05或P<0.01),并以2.0%冰片组最为明显。结论:冰片滴鼻可以明显增加豚鼠鼻粘膜血管和脑血管的通透性。OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of different concentration of borneol nasal drops on the vasopermeability of nasal mucosa and the cerebral vessels. METHODS: Guinea pigs were divided into 5 groups, i .e. borneol group in 3 different concentrations(0.5%, 1.0% and 2.0% ), histamine group and liquid paraffin group. Guinea pigs were injected i.v with 2% evans blue(EB) after administration with nasal drops, which were then put to death 10min later; the nasal mucosa and brain tissue of which were obtained and the EB contents in which were determined. RESULTS: Compared with the liquid paraffin group, the EB contents in the nasal mucosa and brain tissue in the borneol groups were higher(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) with the 2.0% borneol group the highest. CONCLUSION: Borneol nasal drops can obviously increase the vasopermeability of nasal mucosa and the cerebral vessels.
