摘  要:以烷基多苷为原料,氯磺酸为硫酸化试剂,尿素为催化剂,氯仿为溶剂合成了烷基多苷硫酸酯。利用正交实验考察了反应温度,反应时间和物料配比等因素对产率的影响。得出最优化条件为:反应时间2.5h,物料配比n(APG)∶n(HSO3C l)为1∶1.2,反应温度15℃,催化剂含量2%。产品性能测试表明,改性后的产品水溶性改善,分散力,润湿力和泡沫力明显增加。Alkyl poly-glycosides sulfate was synthesized by alkyl poly -glycosides (APG) with chlorsulfonic as sulfating solvent, carbamide as catalyst, chloroform as solvent. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of raw material on yields were studied though orthogonal test. The optimum condition: reaction time was 2.5h, molar ratio of alkyl - polyglvcosides to chlorsulfonic was 1.2 : 1 , reaction temperature was 15℃ ,the dosage of catalyst was 2%. The properties showed the water - solubility was added, dispersbility, wetting capability and foaming power had improved apparently.
