再论人民币汇率制度的选择

摘　　要：在人民币存在升值预期的情况下,现行人民币钉住汇率制度会导致我国进出口贸易和宏观经济的内在不稳定性。它不仅会增加我国通货膨胀的压力,丧失货币政策的独立性,而且可能会危及我国的金融稳定。因此,当前我国中短期宜采用人民币汇率目标区制度,长期应实行人民币浮动汇率制度。Under RMB appreciation expectation, RMB pegging exchange rate system can make China ＇ foreign trade and macro economy unstable. It may not only lead to inflation and loss of independence of monetary policy, but also endanger our financial stability. Therefore,China should give up RMB pegging exchange rate system at present, carry out RMB exchange rate target zone system in the mid and short term and practice RMB floating exchange rate system in the long term.
