透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果。方法回顾性分析和总结280例膝关节骨性关节炎采用透明质酸钠治疗和护理经过。结果随访4～9个月。280例患者中,148例(52.9%)疼痛显著缓解,102例(36.4%)疼痛缓解,30例(10.7%)疼痛无改善。结论透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果较好。做好注射前后的护理,指导患者进行膝关节康复锻炼对提高患者治疗的疗效,减轻患者的疼痛具有重要的意义。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of Sodium Hyaluronate on articular genu osteoarthritis cases. Methods The therapeutic and nursing process of 280 cases with articular genu osteoarthritis who were administered Sodium Hyaluronate were retrospectively analyzed and summarized Results It took 4-9 months to follow-up. The aches in 148 cases （52.9%） were markedly relieved, 102 cases （36.4%） were relieved and 30 cases （10.7%） had no any amelioration. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Sodium Hyaluronate on articular genu osteoarthritis is preferable. The nursing before the injection and the instruction aimed at rehabilitation exercises are significant for the patients to increase the curative effect and alleviate the ache.
